Lynn Item Building
We proudly present The Lynn Item Building, currently under construction. The 5 story 120-year-old building will be 31 residential apartments upstairs with 7 commercial space on the first floor. The mix of units will include one-bedrooms and studio geared towards the millennial and those interested in living near the Lynn downtown.
